Executive summary
Human urine has larger implications on the environment than the average person may realize.The website contains a detailed analysis of two ways that human urine is causing destruction in the earth’s environment, and three ways that human urine is being used, through means of technology, to lesson our negative impact on the environment.  

The implications of pharmaceuticals being passed through our urine into our sewer systems, are analyzed in the 'Negative Effects" page. The effects of eutrophication caused by human urine are studied as well as how these effects can be managed, this is also found on the 'Negative Effects"page . Three ways to lessen the impact of human urine on the environment are analyzed; urine for use in fertilizer, as an energy source and as an organic building material.

Although all of the stated technologies have some notable flaws and concerns, it has been concluded that each technology has merit and potential for future applications. It should be noted that these conclusions were met through second hand research and no personal tests were conducted first hand.
